Our 4th and 5th grade youth are in between Sunday School and full-fledged youth groups, hence their name “Tweeners.” This is an age group that is in between in a lot of ways, stretching toward the future but not quite ready to let go of childhood; looking to the wisdom of adults, but also looking to express themselves.
The Tweeners meet on Sundays at 10 a.m. in the Parish Hall, and also gather for special events about once a month where relationships can be furthered and fun is aplenty.

Junior High is a time of drastic change. Friendships, families, beliefs – everything is challenged, explored and reformed during these years. Instead of accepting what has been, youth begin to make their beliefs their own and to develop the capacity to make the decisions that will define them well into adulthood.
The Junior High Youth Group (grades 6 – 8) meets on Sundays at 10 a.m. in the Parish Hall. We explore relevant concerns the youth are facing in their lives, the truths about who God is, God’s love of them, and how faith fits into their changing lives. We also gather for special events about twice a month where relationships can be furthered and fun is aplenty.
There is regular communication with youth and their parents via email updates, text messages, phone calls and Facebook. To learn more about our Junior High Youth program or simply to ask questions, contact Kristen Lawson at 818-240-3860.
Senior High is the time in life when childhood is being left behind and adults begin to emerge. It’s a time of exploration and self-discovery that sets the course for the rest of life. Questions about faith pop up right alongside questions of identity and purpose. Who is God? Why does Jesus matter? How does spirituality fit into life in the real world? The Senior High Youth Group (grades 9 – 12) meets on Sundays at 10 a.m. in the Parish Hall to explore those questions. We also gather for special events about twice a month where relationships can be furthered and fun is aplenty.
